Growth List is published by Brown Brothers Media. This page sets out the standards that apply to everything we publish here.
How articles are produced. AI tools are a substantial part of how Growth List is produced. They help find and organise sources, draft, edit, check facts and links, and audit published work, and they may produce much of an initial draft. Every article is reviewed and approved by a member of our team before it goes live. Using these tools does not reduce our responsibility for what we publish.
Bylines. A named byline identifies a real person who has approved publication under their name and any personal material attributed to them. An editorial-team byline identifies a collective process and does not claim personal experiences, interviews or credentials.
Sources. Important factual claims are supportable and the sources that matter are linked. We say that we interviewed, contacted or investigated something only when we did.
Commercial relationships. Where an article contains an affiliate link, or recommends a product or service connected to Brown Brothers Media, its founders, its staff or their families, that relationship is disclosed in the article, near the recommendation.
Corrections. We correct errors. Material corrections carry a dated note on the article; minor fixes may be made without one. Articles whose central premise cannot stand are withdrawn, with a notice left where appropriate. Corrections can be sent to [email protected]; we aim to respond within 48 hours.
The governing statement of these standards is the Brown Brothers Media editorial framework, revised 17 September 2026.
